To design a show home for some newly converted Alms Houses in Dunstable. The brief was for a modern environment maximising the feeling of space in the living areas.

'As a developer it is difficult to put a direct financial value to the undertaking of a show home, however we feel that having had our last two developments with show homes, the benefit of your input is evident and more measurable.'
